In 2022, Jagtar Singh, the founder of The Green Clothing Company, was researching for his YouTube channel, "Aero Singh," when he stumbled upon some alarming statistics about the fashion industry's environmental impact. He discovered that the industry was responsible for 10% of global carbon emissions and that producing a single cotton t-shirt required 2,700 liters of water. The realization that 85% of textiles end up in landfills each year and that washing clothes releases 500,000 tons of microfibers into the ocean hit him hard.

Determined to make a difference, Jagtar decided to channel his passion for sustainability into meaningful action. He envisioned a company that would not only produce eco-friendly apparel but also inspire other businesses to adopt sustainable practices. Thus, The Green Clothing Company was born, with a mission to revolutionize the fashion industry and create a greener future.
